Bullet Chains

HOW TO PLAY:

Bullet Chains is a top down shooter about chaining bullets together.

Place your bullets strategically around the level (using C) and then dash (using X) to send them flying toward your enemies!

The more bullets you drop the faster they will go when launched.

Dropping many bullets can also be dangerous however: if the connection between your bullets is severed by an enemy, they will become lethal to you and will be launched in your direction!

Try to survive as long as possible and to kill as many enemies as possible!

THEME:

This game was made in 48h for the GMTK 2021 Jam
The theme was Joined Together

In Bullet Chains, the player's bullets are linked together and launched as one.
When the connection between the bullets is severed, they become dangerous to the players.
(This is much less literal but one could also argue that the player's dash is connected to the bullets)
